NEON PRODUCT WARRANTY

Neon products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If during this period, your Neon product fails to perform under normal use and service due to defects in materials or workmanship, Neon LLC will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or improper installation. It also does not cover damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading or discoloration of the clock face, is also not covered under this warranty.

To make a warranty claim for a Neon product, please contact our customer service team at support@neoninnovation.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product. If it is determined that the clock is covered under warranty, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us for repair or replacement.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products from other companies sold on the Neon website are covered solely under that specific company's warranty, if applicable. Some pre-owned, open box, or used products may not come with a warranty. Neon LLC does not provide additional warranties for third-party products.

GENERAL TERMS

Neon LLC reserves the right to inspect any product that is claimed to be defective. If the product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. If the product is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to you.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any defect in products sold by Neon LLC, and Neon LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

  1. Software Products: All software products sold by Neon LLC are provided as-is, without any warranties, expressed or implied. Returns for paid software products may be initiated via Apple's app store return system, subject to their policies and procedures.

  2. Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product from Neon LLC, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the product must be in new condition and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. Neon LLC reserves the right to assess additional fees if the product returned is not in new condition, including but not limited to, missing parts or accessories, damage caused by the customer, or signs of wear and tear. The amount of the fee will depend on the extent of the damage and will be communicated to the customer prior to processing the return.
