Neon LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile applications, including the Neon Swim app, and operates a website (collectively, the “Services”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

Use of the Neon Swim mobile application does not require the creation of a user account. The website operated by Neon LLC may allow users to create accounts for convenience or transactional purposes, but account creation is not required to browse the website or contact us.

Neon LLC offers optional purchases and subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for the Neon Swim app. All payments, billing information, and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple or Google, as applicable. Neon LLC does not receive or store credit card numbers or full billing details related to in-app purchases.

Neon LLC may receive aggregated, anonymous usage, performance, and diagnostic information automatically provided by Apple and Google. This information is used solely to understand app reliability and performance and does not identify individual users.

Neon LLC operates a website hosted by third-party service providers such as Squarespace. When you interact with the website, including by creating an account, making a purchase, submitting a form, or otherwise contacting us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, order details, account credentials, or message content. Payments made through the website are processed by third-party payment processors, and Neon LLC does not store full payment card information.

If you contact Neon LLC by email, phone call, text message, or website form, we may retain the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry, provide customer support, fulfill orders, manage accounts, or communicate with you about our products or services.

Information collected through the Services may be used for operational purposes, customer support, order fulfillment, account management, internal analytics, service improvement, and limited marketing communications related to Neon LLC and its products. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Neon LLC does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with third-party service providers that assist in operating the Services, such as website hosting, payment processing, communications, analytics, and infrastructure services. Because Neon LLC does not require user accounts for the Neon Swim mobile application and does not store sensitive personal data directly within the app, there may be no personal data for us to delete upon request related to app usage. Platform-level data associated with app purchases or analytics may be managed through your Apple or Google account settings. Neon LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted at the same location and will apply going forward.
